On this edition of EuroPass we take you south of the Alps to Italian wine country. There we visit a family vineyard whose focus is on the production of quality wines from organic grapes. Also, we visit a restaurant in Tuscany where the chef shows us how to prepare one of his favorite pasta dishes.

Ca' Bruzzo vineyard is located in the Vicenza Province of northeastern Italy, equidistant from Venice and Verona, in the beautiful Colli Berici Hills. Five varieties of grapes are grown on these lush hillside vineyards for a total production of no more than 20,000 bottles of wine.
